Dr. Rebecca Marshall is a pediatric neuropsychologist with 20+ years of experience and a background in multidisciplinary medical settings, including The Hospital for Sick Children and MD Anderson Cancer Center. She provides comprehensive neuropsychological and psycho-educational evaluations for your patients, with findings communicated back to your office.
Referral questions we address
- ADHD: diagnostic clarification, differential from anxiety and learning disorders, objective attention data to support treatment decisions
- Specific learning disabilities: dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia
- Autism spectrum evaluation, including later-identified adolescents and young adults
- Anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns complicating the clinical picture
- Complex or unclear presentations where treatment has stalled
What your office receives
With family consent, a copy of the full report including test data, diagnoses, and recommendations, delivered within a week of the feedback session. Dr. Marshall is available by phone to discuss findings.

- Private pay practice; families receive superbills with diagnostic and CPT codes for out-of-network submission

On-site screenings for your practice
Since 2015, Pedia IQ has provided mental health, ADHD, and learning disability screenings on-site in area pediatric offices. Patients are screened in the medical home, results are interpreted offsite by Dr. Marshall and returned directly to you, and comprehensive testing is available when indicated.
